A change of constitution.

As founder members of fotoGeeks, Paul and I have just had one of our ledgendary informal 'board meetings'. We have decided to open up membership to anyone. Irrespective of whether or not they work for Nottinghamshire County Council. With a mind to the future, we may also need people to volunteer to act as administrators for this site, and the forums if things really take off.
